We'll send you a confirmation of your registration and mail your organization an invoice for the tuition plus GST (if applicable). If you are unable to attend a workshop as planned, refunds are made for cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the workshop date. We regret that we cannot give full refunds for later cancellations. Participant substitutions may be made up to and including the day of the program. If there are other people that you think might be interested in this training, please circulate the information to them. There is a 10% discount if three or more co-workers register for the same session of a workshop.

Early Registration Discount - Register and pay 30 days ahead of the workshop date and get 5% off.
