Mission & Clients Bonistar Training was established in 1987 to provide specialized management consulting and training services. The training services focus on the provision of "high-involvement, high-performance" training in the belief that people learn and develop new skills best if they can receive new information, see skills demonstrated, practice the skills, and receive personal feedback on their performance. To ensure that the individual learning priorities of each participant are addressed, all workshop sessions have a maximum of 25 people. Programs The provision of training services began by assembling some of the best supervisory, communications and skill development programs available. No programs are newly invented. Clients are served with established, proven training. Locations Training is provided in British Columbia and the Yukon. Locations vary in the Spring and Fall. Locations include Abbotsford, Burnaby, Campbell River, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Parksville, Prince George, Prince Rupert, Smithers, Terrace, Vancouver, Vernon, Victoria, Whitehorse and Williams Lake. Training is provided through public and in-house workshops. Public workshop schedules are developed for each Spring and Fall. In-house sessions are arranged at the request of specific clients.
